Easy Returns & Exchanges

Oops, wrong size or not quite your style?

No worries! We want you to be 100% happy with your new pair of silly slippers. If you need to return or exchange them, just let us know within 30 days of purchase, and we’ll make it right. We’ll even cover the return shipping!

Just make sure the slippers are in their original condition (no funny business, please!) and haven’t been worn outside.

 

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Slippers must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Make a Return:

  1. Visit our “Contact Us” page.
  2. Follow the instructions to initiate your return.
  3. Print the prepaid return label and attach it to your package.
  4. Drop off your package at the nearest authorized shipping location.

 

Refunds: Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, simply follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Lost or Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
